Chris Reising’s career in building design, code administration and development services spans over 40 years.

Chris began his career working for several consulting engineering firms in California and Oregon.

Later, he entered public service with the City of Medford -- first as Commercial Plans Examiner, then Building Safety Director and finally Deputy City Manager for Development Services. Chris was responsible for analyzing and streamlining processes, amending code, expediting permits and acting as liaison between developers and staff.

Now retired from municipal service after more than 30 years, his focus has moved exclusively to private consulting.

Chris’ depth of experience has placed him on both sides of the counter at various times in his career. As a result, Chris is in the unique position to advise clients at each stage of the project development process.

In addition to being a licensed professional engineer in both Oregon (Civil, Structural & Environmental) and California (Civil), Chris also holds numerous certifications as a plans examiner and inspector, and has reviewed plans for thousands of structures in the southern Oregon area. He's a well respected leader in his field and is regularly called upon for various projects, special events and training seminars.
